Noel Keating

Noel Keating joined ESI as an HVAC Project Engineer in May 2003 with over 7 years of experience in the field of industrial and commercial HVAC design. Noel brings to ESI strong design skills, gained from a wide range of projects.

Noel started out his career with IDC CH2M Hill in Portland, Oregon, a company specializing in semiconductor wafer FAB design and construction. During his several years with IDC, he gained extensive experience in designing Class 1 clean rooms, ranging in size from 600,000 SF to 100,000 SF. Clients included Intel, Motorola, HP and Texas Instruments.

Before joining ESI, Noel worked for Shooshanian Engineering in Boston for almost 4 years. During his time there, he worked on several telecommunication facilities, ranging in size from 350,000 SF to 600,000 SF. He also worked on the design of the New England Aquarium East wing Expansion, which incorporated an 800-ton chilled water plant, utilizing seawater for heat rejection. Other clients included University of Maine, MIT, Brandies University, Reebok International and Target Stores.
