Mr. Martell joined Engineered Solutions Inc. as a Senior Project Electrical Engineer in 2005 with 18 years of experience.  His move to ESI followed eleven years at S.B. Sager & Associates, an Electrical Engineering Consulting Firm located in Braintree, MA.

Since joining ESI, Dave has worked on various hospital and commercial infrastructure upgrade projects.  Mr. Martell has also worked on commercial projects in high-rise office buildings such as One Boston Place, 100 Federal Street, and 175 Federal Street as well as industrial work for NSTAR, Bayer Corporation and Mitre Corporation.

During his time spent at S.B. Sager & Associates, Mr. Martell was involved in numerous projects including the design of a 4000Amp electrical distribution system to support a chiller plant upgrade at One Boston Place in Boston, MA; design of a dual redundant UPS Distribution System complete with generator back-up power to support Verizon Yellow Pages Data Center in Middleton, MA; design of a new Communications Studio and renovation of the Student Center for Bryant University in Rhode Island; medium voltage distribution upgrade at Tufts University in Medford, MA which included replacement of old oil switches with new load break switches, new 5 KV cables and distribution transformers; Fire Alarm System upgrade to 99 Summer Street in Boston, MA. Previous to S.B. Sager and Associates, Mr. Martell had been employed by R. G. Vanderweil Engineers in Boston and Shooshanian Engineering Company.
